Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept payment via Paypal. But it has has some conditions. Please see

Do you accept TC (Traveler's check) or Bank check or Bank money order?
We don't accept TC. And using bank check and bank money order have many problems in Japan. For example, any bank requires high wages when withdrawing, It is 1500-2500yen ($15-$25). Then basically we don't accept them, too. Please ask us at first if you have to use them. //

No, it is not safe. Please don't send cash. //

Ordering and Dealing Items

Do you accept pre-order?
Yes, we can accept it. In case we need deposit. (half price of item price) //

Do you accept special orders?
Yes, if the item is not on our catalog, we can get it. We carry all music/video items which are available in Japan.(ex.J-POP, Japanese movies and Hollywood movies etc) //

Do you accept an order with Japanese language?
Yes, we understand Japanese. Please use Japanese if you like. //

Do you carry Manga, games and anime goods (like trading card) ?
Unfortunately we don't have wholesale account for them. But you can get them via our Shopping Agent Service and Auction Agent Service. //

You can get them via auction agent service and shopping agent service. //

I want to buy out of print items. Can you find it?
Usually out of print items are returned to a manufacture and a wholesaler immediately. Then items are dumped. Therefore there is no hope to get them basically. But sometimes it may be found at auction. Please ask us. //

Why don't you accept my order?
Rarely we cannot accept order by some reasons, like security, item size, weight and inhibited matter. Please ask us before placing bid if you worry.//

Can I use UPS? or FedEx? or DHL?
Shipping charge of these company is terrible expensive. (x5-x10 of postal shipping) Therefore we don't use them usually. If you have to use, please ask us at first. //

Do you ship my items to my working address? or my friend's address?
No, we have to send your own address basically. //

Does my item pass custom house? Or if custom house stops my item, how can I do?
We are afraid but we cannot help about custom house problem. Please ask custom house in your country before ordering, if you worry. //

Do I have to pay an import tax?
In some counties, especially in Europe, custom house may require an import tax. Customer has to pay it. For detail information, please ask custom house in your country. There is no import tax in USA.(about DVD/VHS/LD/CD etc). //

Is your packaging for item safe and reliable?

Trouble Shooting

Why can't I play my DVD?
Please confirm region code of your DVD player. Our DVDs are region 2(for Europe/Japan). Usually American player cannot play it. //

OK, how can I play region 2 DVD?
Please prepare region free DVD player, or region 2 player. Also, if your PC has DVD drive, it may be able to play region 2 DVD. //

Why can't I play my VHS?
Please confirm visual system of TV in your country. Our VHS is NTSC system. If your system is PAL, you cannot play it. USA is NTSC system. //

OK, how can I play NTSC video?
Please prepare NTSC video deck. Or, please prepare video system converter. //

I opened the packet from you, but I found the item was broken. How can I do?
Please let us know within 3 days after receiving. We will send new item. If it passed 3 days, we are sorry but we cannot guarantee. In this case, sometimes we ask return the item of you. However, if CD case was broken, we will send new CD case. //

We will send correct item as soon as possible. And we ask return the different item of you. We pay shipping charge. //

Why doesn't your mail arrive to me?
Currently our mail to excite.com is blocked. And other freemail like Yahoo often blocks, too. Their Spam policy is too hard, then needed mail is kept off also. For your question and order, please try using other email address or check bulk(spam) mail box carefully. //
